How do I change my account profile information (name , phone, email or password etc.)?

You may change your account profile information upon logging into our web site and clicking on the "Account Profile" page. If your are a company administrator you will also be able to create and modify additional logins for the other users within your company from this page.

How do I lookup previous projects, quotes and orders?

Please use the "Project History" page, "Quote History" page or "Order History" page to look up appropriate project, quote or order information.

How do I view project docket specifications?

Click on the appropriate "Project Name" from the "Project History" page. Once on the "Project View Current Project" page click on the "Project Docket" button located near the bottom left of the page.

How do I apply for a credit account?

Clients requiring credit may apply via our on-line credit application.

How do I check the production status of a project?

Click on the appropriate Project Name from the "Project History" page. Once on the "Project View Current Project" page you will be able to view the current status of all the services included in that project.

How can I change the specifications of an order that I have placed?

Once an order has been placed only one of our representatives can cancel the order. A new order can then be created with a new project and production specifications. To contact a representative please use our help desk.

How do I upload my project files?

To upload files for production from an email order or invoice, please click on the appropriate "Project Name". After following the link and logging into our web site with your email address and password, click on the "Project Files" button located near the top right of the "Project View Current Project" page and follow the "Project File Upload Instructions" on the "Project Files" page.

How do I approve a proof for production?

To approve a PDF Proof for production from an email order or invoice, please click on the appropriate "PDF Proof Name" in your copy of the PDF Proof Approval email notification. After following the link and logging into our web site with your email address and password, click on the "Project Files" button located near the top right of the "Project View Current Project" page and follow the "PDF Proof Approval Instructions" on the "Project Files" page.
